Seksualitas Ibu Postpartum dengan Riwayat Persalinan Rupture Perineum : Studi Fenomenologi

Abstract

Pendahuluan, proses persalinan dapat menyebabkan perubahan yang signifikan dalam kehidupan seorang perempuan. Perubahan yang terjadi tidak hanya perubahan fisik tetapi juga perubahan emosional. Perubahan ini dapat berdampak pada seksualitas seorang perempuan. Rupture perineum yang terjadi saat persalinan dapat menyebabkan penurunan kekuatan otot dasar panggul sehingga hal ini dapat mempengaruhi fungsi seksual ibu postpartum. Tujuan, penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran kondisi seksual ibu postpartum dengan riwayat persalinan rupture perineum. Metode, penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Wawancara semi structured digunakan untuk mewawancarai 9 ibu postpartum 1-3 bulan sebagai informan utama serta 3 suami sebagai informan pendukung. Rekruitmen informan menggunakan strategi purposive sampling. Penelitian ini memunculkan 3 tema yaitu “mengalami dysfungsi seksual”, “tidak mengalami dysfungsi seksual”, dan “hambatan dalam mengakses pelayanan kebidanan”. Kesimpulan, diharapkan bidan mampu meminimalkan kejadian rupture perineum serta mampu memberikan pendampingan secara komprehensif pada ibu postpartum dengan riwayat rupture perineum.  Kata kunci : seksualitas, rupture perineum, postpartum
