EFISIENSI RAPID ANTIGEN BERBASIS LATERAL FLOW IMMUNOASSAY (RADTs) SEBAGAI TOOL TUNGGAL DIAGNOSA COVID 19

Abstract
Pendahuluan: Penegakan penyakit covid-19 dengan benar sangat penting terkait upaya menyelamatkan pasien, serta melakukan proses skrining dan pencegahan penyebaran wabah agar tidak semakin meluas. Berbagai metode diagnose yang umum digunakan, akhir-akhir ini memang masih banyak mengalami tantangan diantaranya spesifisitas serta sensitivitas masing masing metode diagnose juga menjadi salah satu tantangan penggunaannya Tujuan : mengetahui efektifitas alat uji Covid-19 cepat berbasis antigen, untuk alat uji tunggal skrining kasus covid 19. Metode : studi literatur, terhadap 10 artikel ilmiah terkait yang disearch melalui mesin pencari google secara manual. Metode sampling adalah accidental sesuai kriteria inklusi. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan tabel untuk mengekstrak data dari setiap penelitian, Analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif terhadap sensitifitas dan sensitifitas rapid antigen test, disajikan dalam bentuk presentse, Hasil : Hanya2 RADTs yang memenuhi syarat WHO dengan prosentase sebesar 17% atau 2 dari 12 jenis RADTs yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Rata rata nilai sensitifitas dan spesifisitasnya adalah 66,93% dan 99,08%. Kesimpulan :Rapid Antigen Detection Technology (RADTs) sebagai tool tunggal dalam diagnosis covid 19 khususnya untuk kepentingan skrining pada populasi umum yang asimptomatik memerlukan pertimbangan matang, terkait sensitivitas beberapa produk yang masih dibawah standar sensitivitas WHO, walaupun sensitifitasnya sudah memenuhi.
