HUBUNGAN RASIO CD4/CD8 DENGAN RASIO NEUTROFIL/LIMFOSIT PADA PASIEN TERINFEKSI HIV YANG MENDAPAT TERAPI ANTIRETROVIRAL (ARV)

Abstract
Pendahuluan: Salah satu masalah kesehatan utama di dunia dengan angka kematian yang tinggi adalah HIV/AIDS. Pengobatan antiretroviral (ARV) dapat menghentikan penularan HIV/AIDS dengan cepat, sehingga mengurangi epidemi di masyarakat. Namun, terapi ARV jangka panjang menyebabkan peningkatan sel CD8 secara bertahap dan penurunan rasio CD4/CD8, yang memengaruhi peradangan non-AIDS sebagaimana diukur dengan uji Rasio Neutrofil/Limfosit (NLR). Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara NLR dan Rasio CD4/CD8 pada individu HIV-positif yang menjalani pengobatan antiretroviral (ARV). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dan analisis observasional. Perangkat lunak SPSS digunakan untuk menguji 62 sampel penelitian yang berasal dari data sekunder. Hasil: Rata-rata hasil pemeriksaan Rasio Neutrofil/Limfosit pada 62 data yang diperiksa adalah 1.5768 dengan interpretasi normal. Rata-rata hasil pemeriksaan Rasio CD4/CD8 adalah 0,5310 dengan interpretasi rendah. Hasil korelasi Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara Rasio CD4/CD8 dan Rasio Neutrofil/Limfosit dengan nilai sig. 0,030 (<0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat korelasi negatif yang lemah antara variabel; semakin tinggi Rasio Neutrofil/Limfosit, semakin rendah Rasio CD4/CD8. Saran: Kelainan kuantitatif dan fungsional pada CD8 akan tetap ada bahkan setelah ARV secara efektif menghambat virus dan memulihkan CD4, oleh karena itu diperlukan pemantauan terapi yang tepat.
