Analisis kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi terhadap respon kecemasan masyarakat pasca vaksinasi COVID-19
Abstract
Kecemasan selama pelaksanaan program vaksinasi COVID-19 merupakan salah satu masalah yang berkembang. Kecemasan masyarakat itu diperparah dengan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi atau vaksinasi diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kaitan terkait kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi dengan respon kecemasan pasca vaksinasi COVID-19. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan secara daring/online menggunakan google form dilakukan dengan teknik snowball sampling melalui whatsApp pada masyarakat yang berusia minimal 18 Tahun selama periode 13 September 2021 – 30 September 2021 dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 139 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah respon emosional dan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi. Data dianalisa menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar respon kecemasan responden adalah normal yaitu sebanyak 86 responden (61,87 %) dan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi pada responden sebagian besar dari responden adalah ringan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden (71,94 %). Selain itu, berdasarkan analisis hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa p (0,008) < α (0,05) maka artinya ada hubungan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi dengan respon kecemasan pasca vaksinasi COVID-19. Hasil analisis juga mendapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,224 dengan arah hubungan yang positif, yang berarti semakin berat kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi COVID-19 maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kecemasan. Kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi pada responden adalah sebagian besar ringan, sedangkan respon kecemasan pada responden sebagian besar adalah normal. Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan bagi masyarakat yang dilakukan secara tepat dan komprehensif akan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang KIPI vaksinasi COVID-19, sehingga dapat meminimalkan kecemasan.References
