Based on data from Jombang Health Service in 2013 the incidence of disease in infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA)rnin infants in Jombang number of 20 869, while the amount of disease in infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) inrninfants most at PHC 3700 Bareng a toddler. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge relationshipsrnwith parents' attitudes about infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) in children under five in the Village of BarengrnJombang regency.This research design was analitical cross sectional with population of all parents who had toodlers inrnvillage of Bareng district of Bareng Jombang regency totaled 931 people and number of 93 used simple randomrnsampling technique. The variable in this research consisted of 2 variablse, these were independent variable that’srnparents’ knowledge about infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) on toodlers and the dependent variables was thernparents’ attitude about infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) on toodlers, while data collecting used a questionnaire.rnStatistical test used rank spearman test. This result was obtained mostly of respondents were 51 people (54,8%) hadrnknowledge about infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) was enough. And almost entirely respondents were 71 peoplern(76,3%) the parents’ attitude about infeksisaluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) was positive while based on the result of rankrnspearman test with SPSS obtained (= 0,000) so H1 accepted that meant there was relation of knowledge with thernattitude parents about infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA). The conclusion in this research is relationship knowledgernwith parent’s attitude about infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) on toodlers. This result expected can be used as anrninput for health workers to increase quality of health care especially the way to prevent infeksi saluran pernafasan akutrn(ISPA).rnKeywords : Knowledge, attitude, infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA
