PENGARUH POLA KONSUMSI JAJANAN SEKOLAH TERHADAPrnKEJADIAN DIARE PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAHrn(Studi Di SDN BARENG II.Kec.BARENG.Kab.JOMBANG)
Diarrhea is a disease with high morbidity in Jombang district, in 2013 patients with diarrhea atrnthe age of 5-14 years a number of 514 people. Based on preliminary study 9 of 10 childrenrnconsuming snacks in schools, 5 of 10 children with diarrhea. This study aimed to determine therneffect of school snacks consumption patterns on the incidence of diarrhea in school-age children.rnResearch design used survey Analytic methods with cross sectional approach. The population inrnthis study were 188 respondents. Sample determination used propotionate strafied randomrnsampling, sample amount were 47 people, data collected by questionnaire, independent variablernwas consumtion pattern of school snacks, dependent variable was the incidence of diarrhea onrnpre-school children. Data processing used editing, coding, scoring and tabulating analyzedrnusing rank spearman’s test with a significance level ρ =0,05. The result showed thernconsumtion pattern of school snack was positive 51% and negative was 49%. While thernincidence of diarrhea 55% and no diarrhea 45%. Result of rank spearmen’s test obtainedrnsignificant value ot probability number (0,001) < (0,05) meant that there was an effect ofrnconsumption pattern of school snack with incidence of diarrhea on school age children.rnThere is an effect on the consumption patterns of school snacks of diarrhea incidence onrnschool age children in Bareng elementary II district of Bareng, regency Jombang.rnKeywords: consumption patterns, school snacks, diarrhea, school-age children
