Patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus will experience physical and psychology disorders because they have to adjust to change in diet, medication, routin control in living their daily lives. These change twilite adaptability patients type 2 diabetic mellitus. Spiritual support can improve peoples ability to cope with the suffering. The purpose of know this study correlation support the spiritual with the adaptability of patients type 2 diabetic mellitus of Sister Calista Roy adaptation theory in Puskesmas Jelakombo.rnType of this study used a cross sectional analytic. Population in this study amounted to 55 population and used simple random sampling technique was 48 respondents type 2 diabetic mellitus patients in Puskesmas Jelakombo, independent variable support spiritual and dependent variabel adaptability patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus. Collected by distributed questionnaries to patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus, way to analize it by used spearman ranks test.rnThe result showed that the majority of patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus have sufficient spiritual support 26 respondents (54,2%) and most of the respondents 31 respondents (64,6%) adaptive response. Based on the analysis results obtained though spearman ranks ρ = 0,000 < a = 0,005.rnBased on studies, it was concluded that there is a correlation spiritual support to the adaptability patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus Sister Calista Roy adaptation theory based in Puskesmas Jelakombo.rnrnKeywords : Spiritual Support, Adaptive, Type 2 Diabetic Mellitusrn
