PENGARUH SENAM KEBUGARAN TERHADAP PENURUNAN SKALA rnINSOMNIA PADA LANSIA rn(Studi di Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Panti Sosial Lanjut Usia Jombang, Jawa rnTimur)
Elderly who are less fit and inactively engaged at risk of insomnia compared with elderly active rnand fit. The decrease insomnia in the elderly can be offset by exercise in order body be fit and can rnhelp decreasing of imsomnia scale to elderly. The purpose of this research was to determine rndecreasing insomnia scale before and after given gymnastic fitness. Design of this research pre-experiment one-group pratest-postest approach. The population of this research was all elderly rnwho got insomnia in UPT elderly social institutions with total sample 21 respondents and the rnsampling technique was simple random sampling. Data was collected by given gynastic fitness and rnprovided chek-list sheet to elderly. The way to analyzed by using Wilcoxon test with an error rate ( rnα) = 0.05. The result of recarch before conducted gymnastics fitness exercise showed mild rninsomnia 8 (38.1%), normal insomnia 9 (42.9%) and heavy insomnia 4 (19%), after being rnconducted gymnastics fitness insomnia on elderly decrease normal insomnia was 3 (14.3%), mild rn8 (38.1%) and no insomnia 10 (47.6%). Analitical with Wilcoxon test result obtained value of p = rn0.001 < 0.05 meant that H1 accepted. The conclusion is there was an effect of gymnastic fitness on rndecreasing of insomnia scale to elderly.rnKeywords : gymnastic fitness, Insomnia, elderly
