SDKI 2007 said that AKI for 5 years period before the survey (2011-2012) as many as 228 per 100,000 live birth, 57% was caused by bleeding due to uterine atony which allegedly due to delay in mobilization after childbirth. The purpose of this study was to know first time study in doing early mobilization to puerperal women with normal labor. The research design used in this study was descriptive. The population was pregnant women who gave birth in independent practice midwife Eni Purwaningsih and Nurul Awalia Astarie. The study sample was puerperal women in independent practice midwife Eni Purwaningsih and Nurul Awalia Astarie who gave birth on 22 May to 21 June 2014. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling that was puerperal women in independent practice midwife Eni Purwaningsih and Nurul Awalia Astarie who gave birth on 22 May to 21 June 2014, then the results of observation were tabulated and analyzed by using SPSS 13, then presented in the form of table and narrative. Results of research conducted found almost half of puerperal women with normal labor of early mobilization in 2-6 hours after labor that was 22 respondents (64.7%) and the majority of puerperal women with normal labor began mobilization with Italic mobilization right / left as many as 23 respondents (67.6%). The conclusion of this research was puerperal women with normal labor had already done early mobilization at the right time that was 2-6 hours after labor and majority puerperal mothers did Italic mobilization right / left.
