TINGKAT KEPUASAN PELAYANAN ANC OLEH BIDANrn(Studi di BPM Yuni Desa Tambar Kecamatan Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang)
Health care satisfaction at present still can no be got by pregnant women. This is showedrnthat’s 60% pregnant women’s complaints are from reliability dimensions (capabilty in givingrnservice that’s promised as soon as and accurately). That conditions require health workersrnespecially midwife as implementer of midwifery service must be able to concentrate her selfrnin giving satisfaction to pregnant women, giving best service and thinking of pregnanyrnwomen’s wishes. Therefore, the researcher wants to know the level of satisfactions on ANCrnservice by midwife in BPM Yuni Tambar village, district of Jogoroto, Jombang regency.rnThe kind of this research was descriptive method that describing and providing ANC carernsatisfaction by midwife in BPM Yuni Tambar villagem, district of Jogoroto, Jombang regency.rnFrom the result was obtained 30 respondents. Sampling used was total sampling technique.rnData taking used a questionnaire. Then the result was tabulated ana analized after thatrnpresented in table form and narrative.rnThe result showed that’s the satisfaction of pregnant women seen from Reliability dimensionsrn(relliability) satisfied (70%), from Responsiveness dimensions (responsibilities) was satisfiedrn(80%), from Assurance dimensions (assurance) was very satistified (66,7%), from Emphatyrndimensions (emphaty) was very satisfied (53,3%), from Tangible dimension (tangible) wasrnsatisfied (86,7%).rnThis result can be concluded that’s almost entirely of pregnant women’s satisfactions on ANCrnservice by midwife was in satisfaction criteria which seen from each dimension.rnKeywords : Satisfaction, ANC service
