Less of vitamin A (KVA) is biggest problem in the world especially for thrive country and able to happen to all person especially at growth period, lack of less vitamin is there a problem to eyes that generally happen to child at age 6month – 4month. From data of PUSKESMAS Kabuh, giving vitamin A in Manduro Village Kabuh Sub-district Jombang Regency 42% based on study before in in Manduro Village Kabuh Sub-district Jombang Regency on the date 22 April 2014 drom 10 thousand infant gained 7 mother have negative perception that vitamin A don’t need to give, and 3 mothers have positive perception that Vitamin A need to give to the infant. This research is to know perception of mother about giving vitamin A to infantrnThis type of research is descriptive. Population in this research is all of mother that have infant in Manduro Village Kabuh Sub-district Jombang Regency as many as 89 person. Sample in this research, some of mother have infant in Manduro Village Kabuh Sub-district Jombang Regency at 2014 as many as 73 respondent. Sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Gathering data uses questionnaire, analyzing data uses frequency distributionrnResult of this research ca ne be gained perception of mother about giving Vitamin A to infant in Manduro Village Kabuh Sub-district Jombang Regency from 73 respondent have negative perception as many as 47 (64,4%), and positive perception as many as (35,6%)rnConclusion is most of mother that have perception about giving Vitamin A to infant is negativernKey Words : Perception of mother, Giving Vitamin A, Infant
