The lack of knowledge of adolescents about sex and reproductive health and adolescent attitudes that tend to have sexual relations outside of marriage which leads to unwanted pregnancies. Based on preliminary studies in vocational Pancasila District of Mojowarno on 15 female students obtained 7 people know about unwanted pregnancy, 5 people to know most about unwanted pregnancy and 3 people do not understand about unwanted pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents aged 16-19 years of unwanted pregnancy in vocational Mojowarno Pancasila.rnThis type of research is descriptive. Research sites in the District of Pancasila SMK Mojowarno Jombang. Entire student population of class X and XI were aged 16-19 years at SMK Pancasila Mojowarno number of 44 people. Research instrument was a questionnaire. In this study the variables studied is the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents aged 16-19 years of unwanted pregnancy. Processing and data analysis done editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating. This study was conducted on June 9 2014. rnThe results showed that the knowledge of adolescents aged 16-19 years of unwanted pregnancy in vocational Pancasila is good (61.36%), adequate (34.09%), less (4.55%), and the attitude of adolescents aged 16-19 years about unwanted pregnancy in vocational Pancasila is positive (54.55%), negative (45.45%). rnThe conclusion of this study that the knowledge about the unwanted teen pregnancy is most knowledgeable respondents either, and adolescent attitudes about unwanted pregnancy is the most respondents to be positive. Teachers are expected BK needs to maintain cognitive aspects in adolescents by providing additional materials on reproductive health.rnrnKeywords : Knowledge, Attitudes, Teens, Unwanted Pregnancy rn
