Breast cancer is abnormality of breast. One of those causes of this desease is not able to cure if it is found on further stadium. But in fact, more breast cancer suffer pain that come to medical staff has already suffer of breast cancer at further stadium. They don’t know they are suffering breast cancer because of they don’t know how to detect breast cancer early. Especially woman at teen age, they don’t know how much danger is and how to know cancer early. Form study before in SMK N Brondong, it hase ever been female student that suffer breast cancer and known it after the cancer has been already go to further stadium. Purpose of this research is identify knowledge of female teen at age 16-19 years old how to detect breast cancer early in SMKN 1 BrondongThis research design is descriptive typical. Population in this research is all female student XI grade in SMK N 1 Brondong as many as 55 female student. Using Total Sampling technique with the number 55 sample of female student. The knowledge of Variable in this research, female teen at age 16-19 years old in SMK N 1 Brondong. This research uses questionnaire measurement instrument. Organizing data and analyzing use editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating.Result of this research can be gotten that good knowledge as many as 4 respondent (7,3%), enough knowledge as many as 25 respondent (45,4%) and less knowledge as many as 26 respondent (47,3%)Based on the result of research can be concluded that almost half of them, knowledge of female teen age 16-19 years old about how to detect breast cancer early is less. Therefore, it needs counseling that given to teenager with knowledge principal of breast cancerrnKey Words : Knowledge, Teenager, Breast Cancer
