The patient's satisfied in the service of a midwife because services are less satisfying, less like responding or haste towards the patient, caring attitude to patients like less give attention to patients, and due to the difference in treatment of the giver of the service of patients on an individual basis. This research aims to identify how mother's satisfaction about the services of midwives in the region Work Puskesmas Tambakrejo, subdistrict of Jombang. Jombang District that votes from five aspects of quality of health services, the attitude of care, hygiene and comfort, guarantees security, reliability and skills, ketanggapan officer.rnThis research uses descriptive design with its population was All mother parturition in the working area Clinics Tambakrejo, subdistrict of Jombang, Jombang Regency totaled 27 people. As for the retrieval technique of sampling in this research was conducted with total sampling techniques. The time used in the collection of data in this study conducted in February 2014 until July 2014. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire to measure the level of satisfaction of service how can mother a midwife. In this study then analyzed the data using Coding, Editing, Scoring, the Tabulating.rnBased on the results of this research in the get satisfaction level of respondents almost totaled 22 respondents by category are satisfied (81,48%). The conclusions of the study results is the level of satisfaction of service how can mother a midwife study on working area Clinics Tambakrejo, subdistrict of Jombang, Jombang District is almost entirely satisfied.rnKeywords: Parturition and Maternal satisfaction, Midwife Services.
