Every mothers who experienced pregnancy there must be a change in attitude, decides to get pregnant when husband and wife have to be really prepared with all the changes that will occur physical changes in either the mother or attitude. Maternal attitude change caused by psychological vulnerability of each person different. Preparation of physical, mental, and material necessary and mutually supportive with aech other to get to the bird of a healthy baby. This study aims to identify primigravida attitude in the face of labour in the working area of the healt center Blimbing Gudo Jombang Regency.rnThis research is descriptive. The population is the entire working area primigravida in Gudo Blimbing Jombang district healt centers, as many as 42 people, using total sampling technique. The variables studied in this regard is the primigravida mothers attitude in the confront chilbird process. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Then the results are tabulated and subsequently interpreted in a table that is narrated.rnBesed on the result of the study, there were 13 respondents (30.95%) have a positive attitude in the confront childbird process and 29 respondents (69.05%) had a negative attitude in the confront childbird process.rnFrom the description it can be concluded that most of the primigravida attitude in the face of labour is negative. This fact is expected from healt workers can provide counseling or counseling especially in primigravida primarily on material handling or reduce the fear and excessive worry in the confront childbird process.rnrnKeywords: Attitude, Primigravida, Childbirth Processrn
