Intra Uterine Device (UID) Contraception is one of effective ways that is very prioritized the using by BKKBN. Nowadays the using of contraception use of Intra Uterine Device (IUD) is still low. Negative perception of society to Intra Uterine Device (UID) Contraception can cause low of contraception use of Intra Uterine Device (IUD). This research is done to identify perception of mother about Intra rnType of this research is descriptive. Gaining sample is done by using proportional cluster random sampling technique and gained 33 respondents. Gathering data uses questionnaire and analyzed uses descriptive statistic method of frequency distribution type.rnResult of this research shows that most of the respondent have negative perception about Intra Uterine Device (UID) Contraception as many as 18 persons (54,55%)rnResult of the research can be concluded that most of mother in Brocilik Sub-village Gedangan Village Sumobito Sub-district Jombang District have negative perception about Intra Uterine Device (UID) ContraceptionrnrnKey Words : Contraception, Intra Uterine Device (IUD), Mother, Perceptionrnrn
