Early mobilization is the policy as soon as possible to guide the mother out of bed and guide as soon as possible to walk, due to early mobilization can lead to an increase in body temperature and cause infection. The purpose of this study was to determine maternal motivation in doing post sectio Caesarea early mobilization in room Jasmine RSUD district Jombang.rnThe design study is a descriptive study, with variable motivation research puerperal women with early mobilization using the population of all maternal childbirth in room Jasmine RSUD district jombang as much as 60 puerperal women with using purposive sampling-sampling technique samples obtained 20 puerperal women. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire, then the results were analyzed in a descriptive way.rnThe results showed more than half of maternal motivation sectio Caesarea post early mobilization strong category (65%) and a small portion maternal motivation sectio Caesarea post early mobilization medium category (35%).rnBased on the purpose of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the picture of maternal motivation sectio Caesarea post early mobilization in room Jasmine RSUD district Jombang more than half of the respondents strongly motivated.rnMother should post sectio Caesarea increase further insights about the purpose and benefits of early mobilization following the extension of health care workers, reading books / magazines about health immunization, so that mothers understand the purpose and benefits of early mobilization, which avoid the possibilities of infection.rnKeywords: motivation, mother sectio saesarea post, and early mobilization.rn
