The percentage of ANC visits (K1) to health care each year has decreased. These problems need attention so that not constantly occur. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that cause the mother no ANC visit (K1).rnDescriptive research design using the population of all pregnant women TM II and TM III that no ANC visit (K1) amounted 22. Intake sampling using total sampling technique. The variables of this study are not the causes of maternal ANC visit (K1). The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data processing is the editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating.rnThe results of the research, the causes of maternal no ANC visit (K1) is knowledge, knowledge of either the category of 4 people (18.18%), sufficient knowledge of 7 people (31.81%), lack of knowledge of 11 people (50%). Economic, economic categories above 0 (0%), middle class 9 (40.90%), low economic 13 people (86.36%). Culture, the culture category supports 19 people (86.36%), the culture does not support 3 people (13.63%).rnThe conclusions of this study are not the causes of maternal ANC visit (K1) is half less knowledgeable respondents, most respondents had low economic and most of the respondents cultured supportrnKeywords : ANC, (K1)rn
