The problems that arise are many mothers give more attention to the other children so the reaction will tibul sibling rivalry. From the preliminary study carried out in the village of Catak Gayam Mojowarno District of Jombang of 10 respondents (75%) were applied to the application of the mother to the child's well done / been as expected.This study aims to Know parenting mothers in the case of sibling rivalry due to the birth of the second child in the area of BPM Ny. Vahim Elmiati Catak Gayam village Mojowarno District of Jombang. The research design used in this descriptive study. Population in this study is the whole mother who had a second child in the area of BPM Vahim Elmiati Catak Gayam village by 25 mothers, variables of this study were all mothers who have a second child. The sampling technique used in this study is the total sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed based Editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The results showed that of the 25 respondents 13 respondents found that applying democratic parenting (52%), 1 respondent implement authoritarian parenting (4%), 11 respondents implement joint parenting (44%).
