This condition is due to lack of activerncadres in providing information about immunization, so immunization coverage does not match thernexpected target. Cadre inactive this due to lack of motivation cadre to increase basic immunizationrncoverage. Under the preliminary study in June 2014 with interviews in the village Tambakrejo cadres at 5rnobtained 4 people have weak motivation, and 1 person has a strong motivation. This study aimed tornincrease the motivation of the cadre in the basic immunization coverage in infants. Motivation cadre inrnincreasing immunization coverage of the children.rnThis study is a descriptive study. The population in this study were 34 health volunteers. Sample of 34rnrespondents with a total sampling technique sampling. The variable in this study is motivated cadre basernin improving immunization coverage in infants. Collecting data using questionnaires, the data werernanalyzed with the editing, coding, scoring, tabulating.rnResearch results in increasing motivation cadre basic immunization coverage in infants mostly weakrnmotivation as many as 19 respondents (55.9%), nearly half of respondents strongly motivated by 15rnrespondents 44.1%. In conclusion, increasing the motivation of the volunteer in the basic immunizationrncoverage in infants mostly weak. PHC cadres to improve their meeting so motivated cadre strongrnfoundation in improving immunization.rnKey word: Motivation cadre, immunization
