The problems that arise at this time in community are mothers or childminders do not pay attention on measurernof giving milk and do not care cleanness of milk bottle, they give dose milk that not suitable label use andrncaregiver also do not care on washing milk bottle, after that they did not boil it, so the milk bottle could berncontaminated bacteria which cause diarrhe on infant. From premilinary studied in the Kesamben village,rndistrict of Ngoro Jombang regency of 10 infants were found 6 infants given formula milk by caregiver bacausernmothers worked, while 4 infants were given formula milk by their own mother. The purposes of this reseach wasrnto determine the attitude of caregiver in giving formula milk for infants aged 0-6 months in the Kesambenrnvillage, district of Ngoro Jombang regency.rnThe method used in this research was a descriptive. The population were taken from all infants aged 0-6 monthsrnwhich cared by childminders a number of 39 people. The sampling used was total sampling. Data collectionrnused a questionnaire.collecting and analizing technique used editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The variablernin this research was the attitude of caregiver in giving formula milk for infants aged 0-6 months.rnThe results of this research showed that’s from 39 respondents more than half behaven negative 24 (61%) andrnwho had positive attitude a number of 15 (38%).rnBased on the results can be concluded that the attitude of caregiver in giving formula milk for infants aged 0-6rnmonths in the Kesamben village, district of Ngoro Jombang regency more than half showed negative attitude.rnKeywords : Attitude, caregiver, Formula milk
