Many mothers are not willing to immunize their children with the very simple reason, rnnamely, the mother is busy with household affairs, forgot the baby immunization schedule, rnfear of side effects from immunization and maternal accompanied by lack of knowledgernabout immunization. Preliminary studies conducted in work areas of public health centerrnJatiwates Jombang, through interviews with local midwives on 01 June 2014, showed 6 ofrn10 mothers do not bring her baby to measles immunization. Objective To identify thernattitude of mothers on immunization against measles in infants aged 9-12 months in the rnworking area Jatiwates health centers. rnThe design of this study is a descriptive study, with a population of mothers with infants rnaged 9-12 months in June 2014 a number of 57 respondents, and the sample of 57 rnrespondents were taken by total sampling. In a study using a questionnaire instrument, rnthen processed with Editing, Coding, Scoring and Tabulating, Documents Analysis usingrnfrequency distribution tables and respondent characteristics the criteria for the be positivernand negative. The variables studied were the attitude of the mother. rnResults were obtained from 57 respondents, respondents who were 34 respondents to bernnegative (59.6%) and 23 respondents were positive (40.4%). rnBased on the results of this study concluded that the majority of maternal attitudes aboutrnimmunization against measles in infants negative. rnKeywords: Attitude, Mother, Measles.
