Presentation visit of pure antenatal care (K-1) to health service each year hasrndecreased. This problem is required to get attention so it does not constantly occur. Thernpurpose of this study was to identify the motivation of pregnant women in visiting purernantenatal care (K-1) in Mangunan Village, Kabuh Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, EastrnJava province.rnThis research design used in this study was deskriptif survey. The population in thisrnresearch was all pregnant women number of 31 people in Mangunan Village, KabuhrnSubdistrict, Jombang Regency, East Java province. sampling intake of this research usedrnTotal Sampling technique. Variable in this research was the motivation of pregnantrnwomen in visiting pure antenatal care (K-1). Instruments in this research was arnquestionnaire. Data proccessing was done by editing, coding, scoring, dan tabulating.rnThen, Data were tabulated in the form of a frequency distribution table followed byrninterpretation data using logical which supported by literature available.rnThe The results showed, the motivation of pregnant women in visiting purernantenatal care (K-1) that including of high motivation category as 4 people (12,5%), forrnnormal category as 8 people (25%), while including in low motivation category as 20rnpeople (62,5%).rnThe conclusion of this research was the motivation of pregnant women in visitingrnpure antenatal care (K-1) in Mangunan Village, Kabuh Subdistrict, Jombang Regency,rnEast Java province majority had low motivation.rnKey words : motivation, pregnant, Antenatal Care (ANC), pure visit (K-1)
