Based on a study introduction in an interview in the village Kauman district Ngoro Jombang District on the date may 19, 2014 from 3 Mother’s multigravida there are 2 mother multigravida do not want to give Exclusive Breastfeeding and 1 Mother’s multigravida who want to give Exclusive breastfeeding after giving birth. The purpose of this research is to know the attitude mother multigravida about breast feeding in the village Kauman district Ngoro Jombang District.rnThis design using design or descriptive. Study population that is all Mother multigravida from pregnancy age 13 - 39 Sunday up to 20 people in the village Kauman district Ngoro Jombang District taken in a way total sampling. Variable in this research is The mother's breast feeding Multigravida about. Analysis that used in this research is questionnaire. Data processing stages through editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating. Data Analysis using the score-T and frequency distribution.rnBased on the results of research most appeared have a Negative attitude about breast feeding some 11 respondents (55%,) and respondents who had a Positive attitude some 9 respondents (45%).rnConclusion from the result of the research attitude Mother Multigravida about breast feeding in the village Kauman district Ngoro Jombang District most respondents is negative.rnIt is hoped that KIE for Midwives can give about time breast feeding in the village Kauman district Ngoro Jombang District in the mother multigravida from pregnancy age 13 - 39 weeks after gave birth to their babies from age 0-6 months.rnKey words : attitude, mother, mother's milk Multigravida Exclusivernrn
