One of the problem in the national family planning’s program is the lack of husband participation rnfor family planning and reproduction healt implementation. Nothing equals of the gender push people rnto choose attitude for vasectomy contraception. Based on preliminary studies in the Mojokambang’s rnVillage nothing has acceptor of vasectomy contraception. They mind that the detriment of vasectomy is rnbigger than the profit that impact on harmony of family. The purpose of this research to identification rnhusband attitude of vasectomy contaception in the Mojokambang’s village Bandar Kedung Mulyo rnDistrict of Jombang.rnThis study used a descriptive design. The variable is husband’s attitude of vasectomy rncontraception. The population is all of age fertile pair that does’t be vasectomy’s acceptor that has rnwife age more 30 years old, has more 2 children and the age last son is 2 years old in the rnMojokambang’s village Bandar Kedung Mulyo District of Jombang is 256 respondents,with the rnsampling is simple random sampling and the sample by 51 respondents. Study using a questionnaire rninstrument and Editing data processing, coding, scoring, tabulating, data analysis.rnBased on the results of this study found that the husband’s attitude of vasectomy contaception 28 rnrespondents (54,9%) has positive attitude and 23 respondents has negative attitude.rnThe conclusion from the research is the husband’s attitude of vasectomy contraception is positive. rnThe suggestion is give conceling about vasectomy more variative to increase husband participation to rnvasectomy contraception so that can replacement woman position to family planning. rnKeywords: Attitude, Contraception, Vasectomy
