ANALISA KUALITATIF FORMALIN PADA IKAN PINDANGrn (Studi di Pasar Legi Jombang)
Pindang fish is a the processed products which had much cache of society. Fish pindang also containing proteins and amino acids. The use of formalin on pindang fish play a role as a preservative so it is white shiny and spongy and no easily decomposed. The effects of the use of formalin on pindang fish, causing cause irritation of the stomach allergic, spatially karsiogenik ( cause cancer ). This research aimed at aware of the formalin on pindang fish sold in Legi Jombang Market.rnDesign this research is descriptive. Samples taken from the Legi Jombang Market with a population of 12 pindang fish of fish traders pindang different samples taken with purposive of sampling techniques. A variable in this research is a qualitative analysis formalin on pindang fish, an instrument of its research using data processing by editing, coding, tabulating.rnBased on the research got that for 7 ( 58,4 % ) pindang fish positively detected formalin and about 5 ( 41,6 % ) negative detected formalin. Based on an analysis qualitative formalin found in pindang fish sold in Legi Jombang Market can be concluded that most pindang fish sold positively detected formalin.
