Fungus on the nails is a fungal infection of one or more of the nail. Causes of fungal nail infection rnare usually caused by a fungus that belongs to a group of dermatophyte fungi. Fungal infections of rnthe nail strike the person in contact with dirty water, moist environment, and wet. Fun gal infections rnof the nails in Indonesia, one of them in the District Besuki village of Tulungagung. The purpose of rnthis study was to determine the presence of fungal nail farmers. rnThe design of this study in descriptive. Population was the people who worked as a farmer in the rnBesuki village of Tulungagung totaling 46 peoples. The sampling technique used was total rnsampling. By using a sampling of 46 people. Examination of fungi was done by microscopic. rnResults of this study indicate that all farmers in the Besuki village, Tulungagung was negative, was rnnot infection nail fungi at 100%. rnThese results indicate that the entire community in the besuki village, Tulungagung was notrninfection fungal nail. rnTherefore, it can be suggested that the society always maintain proper lifestyle, maintain the rncleanliness of the body, especially on the nail and prevent fungal nail.rnKeywords : Exmination of fungal, nail farmers
