Examination of haemoglobin levels can used some method. Method cyanmeth is method examination of haemoglobin levels that recomended by WHO and ICSH (International Commette For Standarization in Haematology). But in Indonesia sahli method that not recomended is much still use.The purpose of this researce is analyze the significant difference of haemoglobin levels using cyanmeth method and sahli method.rnThis research is analytical with analitic survai cross sectional design. The population in this researce is college student Faculty D III Medical Analyst stage II. The sample in this researce is 34 female college student Faculty D III Medical Analyst stage II taken purposively. The variable in this researce is independent variable that is cyanmeth method and sahli method. The instrument that use is primary data from examination result of haemoglobin levels using cyanmeth method and sahli method.rnFrom examination result of hemoglobin levels using cyanmeth method obtained average is 12g/dl, with maximum levels 14g/dl and minimum levels 7,7g/dl. But average haemoglobin levels using sahli method is 11g%, with maximum result 13g% and minimum levels 8,8g%. Based on T dependent test result on haemoglobin levels using cyanmeth method and sahli method obtained T count value (3,983) and T table Value (2,032) and the p value= 0,000.
