PERBEDAAN KADAR HEMATOKRIT PADA DARAH KAPILER DAN DARAH VENA DENGAN METODE MIKROrn(Studi pada Mahasiswa D-III Analis Kesehatan Tingkat IIrnSTIKes ICMe Jombang)
Examination levels hematokrit can do with II sampling technique that is by using the technique of capillary blood and venous blood using micro method. The technique used is a better examination of venous blood using hematokrit due to the composition and number of red blood cells in the blood veins and capillaries having difference. This research is to analyze the existence of meaningful differences regarding the levels of blood capillaries in the hematokrit and venous blood using micro method. This research is with the method of cross sectional analytic. Samples in this research is the 42 college students faculty D-III medical analyst level II taken in total sampling. Data collection is done in two ways, namely examination of levels of capillary blood and venous blood in the hematokrit in laboratory Hematology and using questionnaires.Based on the results venous blood obtained average 40 the maximum 51 and value minimum 20 and capillary blood obtained average 36 the maximum 50 and value minimum 25.On the test T free sample of capillary blood in the hematokrit levels and blood venous with micro method obtained the value p = 0.002, because the value of p less than 0.05 and the value T calculate (3,228) greater than t table (1,989) with standard errors used a = 0.05 then H1 accepted Ho be refused that there is a difference between these two techniques. Conclusion this study is there is a difference in meaning between the levels of blood capillaries in the hematokrit and venous blood with micro method. Therefore, it is suggested to the medical analysts to use particular examination of venous blood with hematokrit on micro method.rnKeywords: hematokrit levels, capillaries, the venous blood, a method of microrn
