ANALISIS KUALITATIF FORMALINrn PADA IKAN ASIN KLOTOKrn(Studi di Pasar Legi Jombang Kabupaten Jombang)
Salted fish is a food made of fish meat preserved with salt and add a lot of known people as a daily rndiet that is generally very popular and have a high power of digesbility. Processing of salted fish are rntraditionally almost require sunlight to speed drying, the problem the Sun doesn't always shine with rnenough every day, especially in the rainy season where overcast clouds often cover the sky. As a rnresult many fish that does not preserved well, and become rotten. To reduce losses, the processing rntakes a shortcut using chemicals such as formaldehyde. This research purposed to know the rnpresenced of formalin on salted fish wich sold in the market Legi Jombang.rnThe design of this research was descriptive. Samples taken from Markets Legi Jombang population 10 rnsalted fish traders klotok from different samples taken with the total sampling technique s. The variable rnin this study was qualitative test of formaldehyde in salted fish,this research instruments used file rnprocessed with coding, editing, tabulating.rnThe result showed that the 10 samples of salted fish klotok positive containing formaldehyde. It means rnof salted fish klotok sold in market Legi Jombang 100 % positive containing formaldehyde .Thus, the rnneed of the appeal to the public to be more careful and selective in buying of salted fish.rnKeyword : Qualitative analysis, Formaldehyde, Salted fish klotok
