Knowledge of HIV/AIDS to transvestites is knowledge that can get to be reference in preventing rnHIV/AIDS. Knowledge that is not enough can cause transvestites infect HIV/AIDS, caused by their rnnegative sexual activity. Attitude of sexual activity is respond that done because of there is sex rndesire. From result study before to transvestites, gained there 18 transvestites hooker and 13 of rnthem is ODHA. Result purpose is to analyze relation of knowledge about HIV/AIDS with the rnattitude of transvestites sexual activity in MadiunrnThe research method is Annalistic Cross Sectional with the population. All of transvestites Madiun rnCommunity as many as 177 person and the sample number as many as 35 respondents with rnpurposive sampling technique. Variables in this research contain 2 variable, independent variable rnis knowledge about HIV/AIDS and dependent variable is attitude of sexual activity. The used tools rnin this research and gathering data use questionnaire. Organizing data with editing, coding, rnscoring, tabulating, and those steps are analyzed using Spearman Rank test SPSS 17 with mistake rnlevel =0,05. This research is done as long as 1 month, at 1rnstrnweek is time to explain for purpose rnand divide questionnaire until 4rnthrnweek.rnBased on research result, gained respondent that have good knowledge about HIV/AIDS as many rnas 28 (80%), enough 3 (8,6), and less knowledge as many as 4 (11,4%). Whereas respondents have rnpositive attitude about sexual activity as many as 28 (80%) and negative 7(20%). Result of statistic rntest Spearman Rank can be gained = 0,000 if =0,05 then 
