Motivation and attitude connstitute factor important and very affect a litlle society in employing privy. Less motivation to apply for privy effected arise thereafther some disease as diarhea and disentery in fact too died. Destination of research to define motivation family in employing privy to raising be alive clean helthy in the Village District of Ngampungan, Bareng, Jombang. rnThis is a descriptive research design. Study population was all patriach in the Village Ngampungan Regency Bareng District of Jombang as many 129 people with sample as 39 patriach. Proporsional sampling technique using sampling. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Variable is the motivation of family in employing privy to raising be alive cleang and healty. Has study in the Village of Ngampungan at 13 unti 15 july 2014.rnThe results of the study in the Village of Ngampungan Distict Bareg Regency can be concluded that the respondents who have a motivation is as much as 27 respndents (69%), weak motivation as much as 9 respondent (23%) and motivation by 3 respondents (8%) recognized that most patriach have currently motivation. rnThe conclusion of this study is the motivation of family in employing privy to raising be alive cleang and healty. patriach in the Village Ngampungan Regency Bareng District of Jombang largely motivated respondents.rnrnKeywords: Motivation, employing privyrn
